Mountview Community Centre

Mountview Community Centre, Dublin Mountview Community Centre is a community Centre in Blanchardstown Co Dublin, the control system comprises of underfloor heating as well as radiator circuits and one air Handling Unit. There is also a natural ventilation system controlled by Carbon Dioxide Sensors which Proportionately open the motorised dampers to naturallv ventilate each area, combined with a full Priva Energy Management System which will interface with the buildings LAN to enable the staff to change or view the status of the building. This project also comes complete with integral gas detection which will shut down the control panel and close the main gas valve on the detection of gas.

Scoil Thomas has an existing school with a new extension, the heating system comprises of a central boilerhouse and a remote plantroom which previously had been the existing boilerhouse, with the Priva control system we easily integrated the old and the new to fully control the school to its maximum efficiency, complete with multi zone gas detection to shut down all plant and close the gas valve on detection of gas.

Ready eggs is an egg processing plant on the outskirts of lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh.

The system comprises of 1 Air Handling Unit with several supply and extract fans throughout as well as a pressurised "Clean Room" with pressure monitoring.
